These programs are designed as places
where adults can fellowship with each other
and learn more about God while doing so.
Beth Moore Bible Study
Beth Moore Women's Bible Study is a video-driven Bible study and discussion group for women of all ages. The group goes through two studies a year one in early fall and one from midwinter to spring. When in session, the group meets Monday nights at 6:30. Contact the office for more information!
Coffee Break is a bible study for women of all ages, beliefs, and denominations. The studies are geared for all levels of knowledge and participation. The hope for the ministry is to increase the understanding of God’s word and find greater comfort, joy, and instruction within it.
Coffee Break meets in the morning on the first and third Tuesdays of each month during the school year from 9:30 until around 11. Childcare, coffee, tea, and snacks are provided. Contact the office for scheduling information!
Knifty Knitters meets after Coffee Break during the school year, and continues through the summer on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. A handful of people gather at the church, knitting warm, cozy hats for anyone who might not otherwise have a hat to keep them warm in the winter weather, as well as to hospitals for some of their patients. Anyone who would like to learn how to knit is welcome!
The Knitters have made over 4,000 hats that have gone all over the world - some to as far as Africa.
Men's Bible Study
Affectionately called "Grumpy Old Men," this group invites men of any age to join for coffee, fellowship, and studying God's Word, Wednesday mornings at 10. The Bible study is led by Pastor Herm Schutt, former senior pastor of Munster Church.
Couple’s Club is for couples of all ages seeking to grow closer together as a couple, as a community, and as believers through faith, fellowship, and fun! While not on a strict schedule, events are usually held on Fridays or Saturdays - keep an eye on the Facebook page to keep informed about upcoming events!
Most of the events revolve around food - sometimes a full dinner, other times snacks and appetizers, and once in a while just desserts. Couple’s Club provides some of the food, but relies heavily on attendees to bring food to share, potluck style.
Soul Food Bible Study
Soul Food is a small group for anyone who wants to grow together in faith and in life. It runs on Sundays throughout the school year from 5 to 7, on the same evening as Epic and DEW. The small group shares a meal together and then goes into a time of Bible study - feeding the body and the soul. Childcare is provided, and all are welcome.
